Publisher graphics & Adobe acrobat 7.0 professional

Q

Q3qq

Ever since I installed Adobe acrobat 7.0 professional-- graphics (clip art,
photos, etc.) no longer appear in my Publisher documents. They will print,
but nothing appears on the screen (only the outline of graphics appears if I
click on them).

I removed Adobe acrobat 7.0 professional & all was fine w/the graphics in my
saved Publisher files, I re-installed Adobe acrobat 7.0 professional (this
time with only the minimum requirements) & upon checking my Publisher files
again, found that I still lost all my graphics.

Please help. Thank you.

I can tell you that Publisher and Acrobat Pro v 7 do work together. I'm
doing it with no problem.

You need to update your video driver.
Try this, slide the acceleration down on your adapter, control panel, display folder,
settings tab, advanced button, troubleshoot tab.
If this solves your issue, go to the manufacturer's web site of your graphics card
and look around for an upgraded driver.

Thanks very much. Forgive my ignorance, but how do I get to my "adapter?" Is
that in my control panel? Please provide a more detailed how-to as I'm not
technically savvy & have no idea how to do what you suggested.

Your response is greatly appreciated!

The instructions following Mary's suggestion to slide the acceleration down
on your adapter tell you this.

Control Panel > Display > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting

It's about time that having a 16MB video card pays off! Ha ha ha ha!

Fantastic Ed. Thank you for spelling it out for me. I did as you & Mary
instructed & all my graphics in Publisher came back! A huge relief.

Thank you to all who replied, this was most helpful!
