How do I install Office XP in a different computer(not pre-install

My old machine died in which I bought and installed Office XP. I want to
install my stand-alone copy of Office XP 2002 on my new machine. What is the
process and will I have an activation issue?

Just install it. If you get the message that's it was already used on
another system, select the telephone activation.
