How do I install Outlook on my new computer?

Craig

I just bought a new computer because my old one is showing signs of going
out. I had recently installed Outlook on the old one and now I'm trying to
install on the new one but it says I have installed it on the maximum number
of computers. I have only installed it on this one. Please help. I doubt this
means anything but I am going from Vista to Windows 7. I appreciate any
assistance. Thanks!!!

Retail version can be installed legally on two machines at any one
time
and if for some reasons you have to re-install again on the same
machine or even on another machine because your old one has gone
awol then you can install it on another machine (third, fourth,
fifth etc) and generally it should activate without any problems
(120 days is the cut off point after which M$ database is wiped
clean) but sometimes you may need to phone them so that they can
activate ot for you manually.

Please also make sure the new machine did not come with trial
versions of Office 2007 because these interfere with Microsoft
Installation files.

Uninstall it from the old PC, then contact the activation center whose number
gets displayed and tell them you want to migrate it to the new PC.
