How do I install/set up the Net File Component in Office 2003

I attempted to share a folder from a computer running Office 2000 with
another computer running Office 2003.

When the Office 2003 machine received the e-mail notification reagrding the
share there was a message stating that the "Net File Component" needed to be
installed.

I attempted to do this but could not find that particular reference...

Any ideas?
