how do I install templates into office 2003 publisher

I downloaded CD Label and Jewel Case Inserts from Poly Line. My problem is I
find no way of installing them in MS Office 2003 Publisher. I also downloaded
their templates for Word 2003 and they install fine but Word doesn't work
like Publisher. I

Why don't you just open the template, save it as a new name and do what you
want to the file?

Thank you JoAnn I did this and to my surprise it works fine. I really miss
Users Manuals with the software. Guess that would be asking too much. Thanks

I miss the manuals too, but lets face it, when we had them, did we take full
advantage of them? And have you ever tried to do a full text search on a
book? Heavens knows I've wanted to do that many times.
