How do I install the downloaded Service Pack update?

I have downloaded the Service Pack update and I wanted to install it later
when I was prompted. How do I do this?

There are least a dozen different service packs... which one are you talking
about? Generally, the service pack download will be a self-extracting zip
archive. In Windows Explorer, double-click on the SP download, and you will
be prompted to enter a folder name where the files can be expanded. This
folder should NOT be your Office program files folder. Once the files are
extracted, the installer should start automatically. Follow the instructions
