how do I integrate Sage line 50 with Outlook and send group email.

[Sage Line 50 & Outlook]

When I send emails from Sage using outlook I get get an error message saying
another programme is trying to use your email to send email. Then I have to
approve this to send emails. Is there a way to avoid this?
