How do I invite w/o sending scrambled messages?

My invitations for calendar entries are sent out as scrambled messages and
they never let the invitee accept or decline the invitation. In addition, I
never have the ability to accept someone else's calendar entries. Please
help. Thanks.

This does not seem to be a question about Microsoft Access, the subject of
this newsgroup. You will get a better answer if you post your question in a
newsgroup which has the softwre you are using as its subject.
