How do I keep a blank project from opening?

Hi JWE,

In Tools>Options, on the General tab, you can choose to "Open last file on
start-up" instead.

Thanks!! It's much better than getting a blank project. I still would like to
get no project to start with because I have quite a few project ongoing and
need to pick from a list when I open up.
