How do I keep day field no higher than 1st of the month when usin.

I am trying to figure the retirement date for individuals. If DOB is
6/25/1928 than retirement would be Acutal Retirement date of 07/01/1990, not
DOB Retirement Date of 6/25/1990. I cannot get a formula to give me the
correct response. The formula I have adds 62 years exactly to the date, not
moving it to the next month. Does anyone know how I can set up the cell so it
does not go over the 1st of the month following the DOB Retirement Date?

=DATE(YEAR(A1)+62,MONTH(A1)+1,1)
