How do i keep important datas or numbers l

If you want to log important dates , datas or let say bank accounts or any
other notes , is there any template that can be used and edited by chapters
or sections?

I don't understand what you mean. Can you clarify? What do you mean "used
and edited by chapters or sections"?

You can certainly keep a "log" of information with Access... that's what
databases are intended for -- keeping track of information. How you do it,
and how you retrieve it depends on what kind of information it is.
