How do I keep my asian fonts from automatically switching to Sims.

Simsun Headache

I just updated from Office XP to Office 2003. Before, I had Simplified
Chinese enabled on my computer. The same is true after the upgrade, but each
time I try to enter text in an asian font, my Office application
automatically switches the font to Simsun. This is true with all asian
fonts. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
