Chris

the issue im having is that when im using my outlook i receive emails like 15
min. after. i would like to know if theres a way to fix this. Sometimes what
i do is close office 2003 and open it again and the message just pops up. If
anyone knows what i can do please let me know. Thanks

How about just clicking the send receive button or go into Tools >
Options > Mail setup > send/receive and set the time to something other
than 15 minutes.

Thanks for the advice but even if i press the send/receive button nothing
happends. Also for the send/receive options i have it set to 3 minutes. And
by the way do you know how to set up the mail notification for the subfolders
because it only seems to work for my inbox. Thanks

If that's the case then the delay is probably a result of the mail
server that you are using. Some are notorious for taking a long time
to deliver mail.

No idea on the sub folders.
