How do I keep my name out of the "TO:" box when I "Reply To All"?

I know this is a minor thing, but it is very agravating to have delete my name out of the "TO:" box everytime I "Reply To All" - either that or I get an e-mail from myself. There must be an easy fix, but I haven't found it.
