How do I keep my "notes/history" in Act! when merging?

When merging my Act! contacts into Outlook Biz. Cntct Mngr, everything goes
well, except that I loose my notes/history on each contact in the process.
What am I doing wrong??
Any tip very appreciated. Thx!
