How do I keep my 'sticky' notes on top so they are always visible

I know how to display them so they can appear on top of, say, an Excel
spreadsheet but when you click on the spreadsheet the notes disappear. How
can it be set to always keep them on top, no matter what is being worked on?

You would need to use a utility that keeps them on top. I use one
called DeskPins.

Do you have to download that from somewhere or is it already in the 2007
office suite? if so, where do I find it?
