How do I keep the Outlook structure (i.e. Outlook Bar) the same on both computers?

Hi

I use Outlook on a workstation and laptop that is connected to a LAN, using
Exchange Server.

I use the laptop works off line some times.

How do I keep the Outlook structure (i.e. Outlook Bar) the same on both
computers?
