How do I keep TOC page number in promotional piece?

Table of Contents function dynamcally generates page numbers. But if you
paste the TOC into another document.. like a promotional piece without the
corresponding pages, TOC generates a "bookmark not defined" message. What can
be done.

After pasting the TOC to another document, select the pasted TOC and press
Ctrl+Shift+F9 to convert the TOC field into regular text.
