How do i know how much data each application can handle?

I am trying to figure out how much data each MS Office application can
handle. Such as how many pages can you type in word, how many cells are in
each workbook in excel, how many sheets can you do in excel, how much data
can you put in access, how many queries can you do, how many slides can you
do in power point etc. I need to know specifics for each application and
where you can find the infomation so that i can reference it in my paper.

Before your question can be addressed, you need to
supply the following information:

1. Version of Windows operating system being used
2. Version of Microsoft Office being used
3. Total Hard Drive capacity
4. Amount of physical RAM installed
5. Computer processor speed

I am working with the 2003 version and would like to know the answers
regardless of the other specifications you mentioned.

The answers vary depending on those specifications.

Hard drive capacity determines how much space can be given to file/file
size, and RAM determines how large a file can be processed before crashing
out..
