You posted on the MS Access board (or one of them), a database offering from
microsoft. You probably wanted one of the outlook forums instead. It's a
confusing setup, but hit any of the links on the left side of the page (it
doesn't matter which), and then find 'Outlook' somewhere in the middle. One
of the board links under that one is what you want.
As for your question, you probably need to go to your service providers
website to get that data. Go to their support pages and/or find/search for
'email setup'. It can be surprisingly difficult to find with some providers,
but it's almost always there somewhere.
