How do I lay data over data on a bar graph

I am trying to show comparative data relative to month over month year over
year. I see cumulative bar graphs but none that is a layover of total over
total help!

Hi Ernie.
Try this to get overlapping data series columns (or
bars)...
Select one of the series. Format Data
Series/Options/Overlap=100
Overlap can be a smaller value, say 80, in case the series
on top is hiding data underneath. Adjust the Gap to your
taste.
