How do I level resources?

Project 2003 Standard. I have resources that are being shown as
overallocated, and yet they look to me as though they aren't. 8 hour work
day, and 8 hours of work. How is this overallocated? I looked at levelling
hour by hour, and it didn't seem to correct it. Is there something else I'm
missing? (I only have one project set up so the resource isn't allocated to a
different project.)

I figured this one out on my own. The Resource Information had the
"Availabile To" set to 12/31/2004. All tasks assigned after this date shows
all the resources as being over allocated. Quite Silly. I changed the
"Available To" date to 2049. (The last year recognized by the software. Also
quite silly)
