How do I limit the amount of characters in a cell on a word table

I have created a form for school to save myself time but when I type in the
cells they just keep getting bigger. I need to put a limit on the characters
I can put into the cell so I can drop down to the next cell (line)

You can limit the number of characters (in the Form Field Options), and you
can limit the height of the cell (using Exact row height), but you can't set
up the form in such a way that the user will automatically be sent to the
next form field when the limit has been reached.
