I have a number of emails which I sent to a client over the last couple of
weeks, but neglected to actually make the Record for my client in Business
Contact Manager until today. Now I am trying to link the old emails to the
new record. I understand that I should go to the specific email I wish to
link and from the drop down menu link to history in Business Contacts for my
clients name, but then do you have to hit another button, because it is not
working....
