How do I link bookmarks?

Just that - have managed to make the bookmarks, but how do I get them to link
to where I want them?

You don't link bookmarks to an other item, you link from another page, or area on the same page"To"
the bookmarks.

Open the page containing the bookmarks.
Open the page where you want to make links to the bookmarks.
Right click your link, select hyperlink properties, click once to select the page that contains the
bookmarks, Click the Bookmark... button and then select the bookmark from the list that appears.

You don't. Bookmarks are things you link TO, not things you link FROM.

insert hyperlink then click the "bookmark" button and choose the one you
want.

What if I can see the bookmark on the page but when I'm on another page and
try to link to it, I get a notice saying there are no bookmarks?
