How do I link cells in different tables in the same MS Word docume

For instance, I have a 35 page document and I need to have the same lot
number on each page but I need to release this document for 250 different lot
numbers, is there a way to enter the lot number on the first page and have it
show up on the other 34 pages?

Hi Pattih,

If you're replicating the table on all 35 pages, the usual way of doing this is to bookmark the table and and insert a
cross-reference to in on each page.

If you're replicating just the lot number, you could bookmark that and and insert a cross-reference to in on each page. To update
the lot number throughout the document, you'd then update it within the bookmark then press Ctrl-A followed by F9. Alternatively,
you could put the lot number in the page header or footer.
