How do I link data in in Flowchart in Power Point with slides?

I am working on a training presentation in PowerPoint. I am using flowchart
to document the process. I would like to be able to link slides with
PowerPoint to each section of the flowchart to better clarify it. Is there a
way this can be done?

I am using PowerPoint 2000 SP-3 (9.0.6620)
