How do I load a printer so I can view reports?

I can't view, (or design/re-design), a report due to no printer being
selected. How does one load a printer into ACCESS when there is no promt to
do so?

Install one of the printer's in the Windows printer list.
You don't actually have to have that printer attached.

FREDG,
I currently have 5 printers loaded but none show up when using ACCESS. I
can't print, view or design any reports. Normally I am prompted through a
few steps to load a printer, but there is no way to load from Access,
remember I have 5 loaded in my window's window.
