how do i locate link browser in outlook

Using Outlook, and when i click on link with in my email, it opens a window,
and it asks me to "Locate Link Browser"

I can go to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer, and choose Internet
Explorer, but i have to do this everytime. How can i save my preference?
