How do I lock 1 set of input to prevent from scrolling

I have created a Form in Access to input a page of Data. The Form is bigger
than the screen and requires scrolling. I usally do this with the mouse wheel
however in access this causes the form to sroll to the nest set (line) of
data. I want a way to lock the form view to display only the set (or line) of
data I am inputting.

I can grap the side scroll bar with my pointer and scroll the form fine but
if I use my mose whell it cycles through the multiple lines of data.

I think I remember reading somewhere that to prevent this you have to
actually disable the wheel of the wheel mouse completely. I don't know how
to do this though, sorry.
