how do I lock a logo

I need to be able to lock a logo and a block that has text in it and leave
the rest of the page editable. I dont whant no one to edit the logo or the
text box when they write a letter.

Ordinarily just putting them in the page header, which protects them from
inadvertent deletion or change, is sufficient; see
