How do I mail merge postcards on 11X17 paper in Publisher?

I have 4 (5X7) postcards on an 11X17 sheet of paper. I'm trying to mail
merge from excel onto the postcards, but the entire sheet of paper has the
same entry.

Are you actually printing it or looking at a Print Preview?
