How do I make a 2 sided brochure?

I am trying to make a 2 sided brochure. It will print landscape on 8 1/2 X 11
paper.

Open one of the pre-designed brochures in Publisher to get an idea on how to
setup a brochure. File, new.

I opened all available pre-designed brochures and don't see what I'm looking
for. I want to design a brochure that has information on both sides of the
paper.
A program from Cosmi called Brochure Magic has layouts available to select
front and back of brochure, then you enter what you want on either side of
the brochure. This is what I'm looking for in Publisher.
