How do I make a block diagram

I need to make a block diagram to show the line of who to report to and such,
like the Vice President reports to the President etc...

In what Office program, and with which version?

For example, in Word 2003 and earlier, try Insert > Diagram. If you have the
2007 version, try Insert > SmartArt > Hierarchy. Other Office programs, such as
Publisher and PowerPoint, offer other ways. If you're searching through Google
or office.microsoft.com, you'll probably get better results by looking for
"organization chart" instead of "block diagram".

Thank you so much, I did forget to tell that I had 2007 - ty and I will try
it, if it doens't work, i will check back. Once again ty.
