How do I make a chart of botanical observations w/species,place,t.

I am writing/illiustrating a book of wildflowers in eastern Washington State,
and want to make a chart. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If you have Publisher 2003 there is a course for catalog merge.

If you do not have Publisher 2003, using tables will probably be the best way to do
what you are asking unless you are thinking creative rather than educational.
