Do you mean chart as in graph or chart as in table? If all you're doing
is keeping a list of expense descriptions and amounts you may want to do
that in Excel.

Purchase TurboTax or another suitable tax preparation program. It will give
you a form that meets IRS standards, does your calculations for you (in accord
with current tax laws), etc. You could spend many hours just getting the fonts
and page layouts correct!
