how do i make a header or footer on access?

There is plenty of space in the big white box to ask a question we can
understand.

What do you want to put a header or footer on?

its 2003 access
and i want a footer or header in a table
header at the top and footer at the bottom ( of the page)
that enough
and its not in view, header and footer

Tables don't have headers and footers, but I think you mean a form.
In form view, right clidk. You will see Header/Footer. Click that and it
will add a header and footer to your form.

Tables should be used ONLY for data storage. The only time you would open a
Table datasheet would be in the course of debugging or developing; users
should never see one.

User interaction with data should take place on a Form (which DOES have
headers and footers), not in a Table.
