How do i make a line look like it has a burnt edge in publisher?

A small child turns to Ed, and exclaims: "Look! Look! A post from CORD
I want to format a freeform line so it looks like a burnt edge. Any
ideas?

This feature is not available in Microsoft Publisher.

I would suggest you try a photo manipulation application or a draw
application.

Microsoft Expression is available for free from www.microsoft.com/expression
and is free to try at the moment (all you have to do is provide some info so
they can let you know when it is released). It has functionality similar to
that you describe.
