How do I make a link to my presentaion?

I want to make a link that I can post, for EX: http://6.21.3.11.21 that is
just as an example. So if someone goes to it my power point presentation
will start up. If I send that link to someone on MSN Messenger and they
click on it, they will be led to it. So can anyone please help me with this?
I do not know if I am sub post to put my email but it is
(e-mail address removed) so please contact me if this is possible, and I have
wasted anyone's time I am very sorry to bother you all.

On most programs (email and webpages)

if you create a link to your chosen webpage

example
http://www.google.com
then it will automatically become a clickable link (hyperlink)


You need to then make you powerpoint presentation available as a link on a
particular page

Here's an example

http://www.pptworkbench.com/html/hidden_pivots.htm

The link on this page is

downloadable animation examples.


The 'html' code behind that link is

<a target="_blank" href="../Storage/Tasmania.pps">downloadable animation
examples.</a>

The actual powerpoint file is called Tasmania.pps

This will automatically be shown in your browser if you are using "internet
explorer"
