How do I make a look-up listbox choose mulitiple values in access

I WANT TO STORE THE VALUES... but that would involve dynamically creating a
new table for each record named after the record ID to store the values. It
doesn't seem very practical, if it's even possible! If they just let you
define a field as array, it would be a much cleaner solution! :(

No no no. One additional table holding ALL of the multiple values with a
foreign key field or fields that relate them to the appropriate parent
record in the current table. No "creating tables on-the-fly" required at
all.
