How do i make a macro "relative" to cell?

I know I want to make the macro relative, but I can't find the relative button.

I record my macro, hit the tool button and tell it to stop recording. Where
do I find the relative button?

Art,

The relative button should be on the Stop Recording toolbar, with the stop
button. You might have to use View - Toolbars - Customize to reset the Stop
Recording toolbar to its factory state.

The relative button is at the right of the recording toolbar, right under the
x close button. It is a toggle and is either absolute or relative. To
describe the appearance, when the button is pushed in, or it may look as if
it has a lighter blue background, that is the relative recording state. If
the button looks flat, or the same color background as the rest of the tool
bar, that is the absolute recording state.

Hello Art,

If you want the macro to be recorded in R1C1 reference style, click on
the Excel Toolbar click: *Tools | Options | Genearal | Settings | R1C1
Reference Style*

Sincerely,
