how do i make a make multipage book

i want to make booklet of A4, mutliple pages, folded into A5, so that when
folded the service ends up in the right order. i've got publisher 2003 and
microsoft office

Are you trying to use Microsoft Access or Publisher? This is a Microsoft

Publisher has a built in format for folded booklets or brochures which can
be multipage.

There are 3rd party products that I believe will let you do this in Access.
One such product is ClickBook.
