how do I make a menu bar with sub-menus?

this is for my website, I can make buttons but thats not what I want to do.
Also once I have the menu bar how do I quickly add it to all of my pages?

A javascript will be able to create a menu bar with sub-menus - slide out or drop down
they are known as

Not sure about FP but in Dreamweaver you create a library item for your menu so you can
keep adding it to each page as required. I am sure FP offers something similar.

For FP2003:

Create the menu in a new page, and use the include page feature
(Insert->Web Component->Included Content->Page)
to include the menu on other pages.

The include page may not work correctly when using other menu structures,
depending on how they are built.
