How do I make a navigation bar scroll down as the site viewer scr.

I would like the navigation bar that I have formatted in the shared border of
the page to scroll down as the viewer scrolls down the page, how do I
accomplish this?

Here's a much better suggestion that your visitors will love you for. Make
your pages shorter.
