How do I make a report using crosstab queries?

Also, when I use the wizard to build the crosstab query, there are no fields
in the wizard list????.......

The easiest method is to enter all possible column headings into the Column
Headings property of the crosstab query. If you can't do this, please come
back with more information regarding your crosstab. It would help if you
posted the SQL view.
