How do I make a shadow behind a text box in Publisher

In an older version of Publishe, I remember you could go to Format and choose
this option, however no I don't see the option and can only find how to make
a shadow on the text itself, not the text box. Any assistance is greatly
appreciated!

Highlight the text, then go to Format > Font and check the "Shadow" option
under Effects.

Look on the Formatting toolbar for the Shadow Settings button. You can the
drop-down there to bring up the Shadow Settings toolbar, which gives you
precise control over your object shadows (not text shadows)

Actually, I see you are posting from the web, so you can't see attachments.

On formatting toolbar you should see the Shadow toolbar button. Select the
text box in question, then click on the shadow toolbar button and choose
your shadow style/location or other properties, such as color and position.
