how do i make a small booklet?

I need to make some small books. The ideal size would be this:
Imagine a sheet of A4 (portrait) split horizontally (in other words A5
size). If I then folded that in two vertically. That is the size I need.
(approx 15cm x 10cm).
There is a useful template on Publisher which is called 'Book Fold', but I
need something half that size.
Maybe something that I can print 4 of this size page onto a sheet of A4,
then cut it in two horizontally.

Page setup, booklet, input 10.498cm in the height box, this will give you two to a
page, landscaped.
