How do I make Access 2000 work with Outlook 2003?

Recently our office converted the mail server to Outlook 2003. All of my
Access 2000 programs that send email do not work. If I goto a station with
Access 2003 everything is fine. The company doesn't want to upgrade all
stations to Access 2003.
