how do I make access 97 deafult over access 2003

We are in the process of rolling out Access 2003 to some 1800 users. We are
using Access 97 and wish to have Access 2003 installed but with Access 97 as
default. How do we make Access 97 the default when sending a package using
SMS.

Also when we remove Access 97 in three months what problems should we look
out for.

Default is set in the registry. If you wish to stop Access 2003
from setting itself as default for .mdb files, lock the .mdb
entry in the registry by removing permission for admins to change
the value.

You may be able to clear the contents of the .srg file. There should
be more info at the following URLs however the website is down for the
moment.
