How do I make an Application For employment with working Database.

I need to create an application form for my client and he wants to use the
information on the form to create a database network. How do I go about it?

This isn't something that can be explained in a quick newsgroup post. You
need to do some searching for sites on coding web applications using
scripting languages such as ASP. You can also look into using the FrontPage
Database Wizard. See

Thanx David for your quick reply. I do understand, and I am using the Forms
wizzard on frontpage. This works and better than I thought....
